Frequently Asked Questions

  • All consignors are emailed on or around the 5th of each month with a report detailing item(s) sold and the total payout available.

Payout options are Zelle or Store Credit only. We do not offer Venmo as a payout method.

  • If you’d like your consignment returned, you must email us at info@wearecuniform.com.
    Please note: we do n
ot return individual items. If a return is requested, your entire current consignment will be sent back to you. This policy allows us to manage inventory efficiently and avoid ongoing back-and-forth of single items.

  • After reviewing your consignment submission (including the online form and photos), we will determine the best method for receiving your items.
This may include shipping your items to us or scheduling a pick-up, when available. Pick-ups are limited to the Seattle, Washington area and subject to availability.

  • CUNIFORM does not negotiate or collaborate on pricing. All pricing decisions are made internally.
Colton, who has over 20 years of experience in fashion and retail, determines pricing based on brand, condition, and current market demand.

If you have strong opinions about how your items should be priced, we recommend selling them independently on platforms such as Depop, Grailed, or Poshmark.

  • Consignors receive 60% of the final sale price for each item sold.
Most consignment shops offer 40–50%, and we are proud to offer a higher payout to our clients.

    1. Submit your items through our online consignment form

    2. We review your submission and follow up with any additional questions

    3. You ship your items to us or we schedule a pick-up (Seattle only, when available)

    4. Once received, we price and log your items into your Client Consignment List

    5. You receive your consignment list and Client Consignment Contract via email

    6. After confirmation, items are ticketed and tagged for sale through private appointments and pop-ups

  • You are welcome to submit items from brands not listed. However, we may decline items if we don’t feel confident in their resale potential due to brand positioning, market demand, or overall resale value.

Consigning 25+ Items?

For larger consignments, we require a virtual consultation prior to drop-off. This allows us to review your items and ensure alignment. Following the consultation, we’ll schedule an in-person appointment to consign your pieces.

Although there are a lot of beautiful things in the world of fashion - one thing we are not looking for at CUNIFORM are luxury items with logos or branding on the garments or pieces themselves.
