The role of a personal stylist is to manage and maintain personal styling clients and support their wardrobes through the CUNIFORM styling process. This individual will be trained on how we work with clients across all services within the wardrobe branch of the company. You will work directly with the founder to learn our process and support our pre-existing and new clients through personal styling development. You are a self-starter, curious, flexible and admirer of all individuals - no matter their body type or socio-economic background.

PT PERSONAL STYLIST
Role Overview
The Personal Stylist manages and supports personal styling clients through the CUNIFORM styling process. This role is central to maintaining client relationships, developing client wardrobes, and upholding CUNIFORM's values and service standards across every engagement.
You will work closely with the Founder to execute the CUNIFORM approach, service existing clients, and actively build a new client base of your own. This role requires a self-starter who is curious, adaptable, and deeply respectful of individuals of all body types, identities, and socio-economic backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver a high-quality client experience while upholding CUNIFORM's brand standards, values, and service expectations
Manage day-to-day styling operations in accordance with standard operating procedures, service level agreements, and inventory guidelines
Recruit, manage, and grow a personal styling client base, and maintain those relationships over time across all CUNIFORM wardrobe services
Communicate regularly with the Founder to support growth and engagement within the wardrobe department
Serve in a client-facing role, including welcoming clients into appointments and events, and working directly in client homes and other client-designated locations
Maintain proactive, clear, and timely communication with clients before, during, and after every appointment
Arrive on time to every client appointment, meeting, and commitment; punctuality is a firm expectation of this role
Ensure clients are billed within 12 hours of each appointment if payment was not collected in advance
Accurately track appointments, services, and client notes in the designated systems
Communicate proactively with the Operations Manager for support, clarification, or assistance when appropriate
Identify and flag issues related to scheduling, billing, inventory, or client experience promptly, and work through problems to resolution
Minimum Qualifications
These are firm requirements for the role. Applicants who do not meet each of the following should not apply.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in retail, personal styling, fashion retail management, or a related client-facing apparel role
Transportation: Valid driver's license and a reliable, insured personal vehicle are required. This role involves regular travel throughout Seattle and the surrounding area to client homes, shopping destinations, and other appointments
Work environment: Must be comfortable and professional operating within a variety of client homes and personal spaces, exercising sound judgment, discretion, and respect for client privacy at all times
Time management: Excellent time-management and organizational skills, with a strict, non-negotiable expectation of on-time arrival for every client appointment
Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive approach to keeping clients informed and the ability to navigate problem-solving and address concerns quickly and professionally
What You Bring
A collaborative, team-oriented mindset with the ability to meet goals and deadlines
Experience and knowledge of designer brands and fashion houses, with a strong working understanding of general alterations and how sizing scales across regions (European, American, French, Japanese, etc.)
Quick learner who enjoys experimenting, problem-solving, and taking on unfamiliar tasks
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and make informed decisions without complete information
Logical, solutions-oriented approach to challenges
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse individuals across multiple settings
Entrepreneurial drive to build and sustain a personal client roster over time
Pay Structure
Stylists receive 60% of total service revenue for all services rendered, with the opportunity to increase commission based on performance, experience, and continued growth within the company. This commission includes compensation for travel time, mileage, and gas associated with client appointments and work-related travel
